Invitations and Customized Products
Prior to Proof Approval: Cancellation Accepted within 30 days
- Invitations and customized products may be cancelled and refunded only if its digital proof has not yet been approved for printing by the customer and if it has been 30 days or less from the time of purchase.
Post Proof Approval: Return NOT Accepted
- We do not accept returns or cancellations for invitations or any customized products if the digital proof has been approved for printing by the customer, or if the product does not require a digital proof approval but has already been printed.
All Other Physical Items
- You may return any physical product (excluding invitations and customized products) within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. A $10 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
Digital Files
- Digital files cannot be refunded once they have been downloaded. If you experience any issues with your digital files, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund minus the $10 fee. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
